This study is a quantitative study with a Cross Sectional approach.  Methods: The sampling technique in this study was Accidental sampling, namely sampling based on the community who happened to be there or came at the time of the study. Results: The results of the study concluded a significant relationship between attitudes and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05), a significant relationship between trust factors and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05), a significant relationship between Location/Distance and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05), a significant relationship between attitudes and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05), a significant relationship between husband's support and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05), and a significant relationship between service facility factors and the selection of non-hormonal MKJP in the Tanjung Balai District, Asahan Regency (p <0.05). The most dominant factor influencing the selection of non-hormonal long-term contraceptive methods is the attitude of couples of reproductive age toward the use of these contraceptive methods.
