Background: Fatigue is a common complaint among patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis and can interfere with daily activities and quality of life. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be used is foot massage with olive oil. Objective: This study aimed to determine changes in fatigue levels following foot massage therapy with olive oil in hemodialysis patients. Methods: This study used a descriptive case study design involving three patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis who experienced fatigue. The intervention consisted of foot massage with olive oil applied to both feet for 15–20 minutes. Fatigue levels were measured using the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the scores before and after the intervention. Results: The mean fatigue level on the first day decreased from 58.33% before the intervention to 24.33% after the intervention, with a difference of 34%. On the second day, the mean fatigue level decreased from 54% to 27.66%, with a difference of 26.34%. Overall, the mean fatigue level decreased from 56.17% to 26.00%. Conclusion: Foot massage with olive oil demonstrated a reduction in fatigue levels among hemodialysis patients and may have potential as a complementary nursing intervention to improve patient comfort.
